The Pryde is the first and only affordable senior housing for LGBTQ+ elders in New England. I was the PR & media liaison for their ribbon cutting, using my personal list of media contacts. I was also the liaison for elected officials, including Sen. Elizabeth Warren, due to my political experience.

Select Press for Senator Becca Rausch
As Sen. Rausch’s Communications Director, I drafted press releases, planned and ran press conferences, prepared press kits, and regularly secured media coverage for a variety of topics across the Senator’s legislative agenda. Vote by Mail legislation passed in Massachusetts in 2020. Senator Rausch continues to work on issues including maternal mortality, racial disparities in maternal health, legislative transparency, good governance, increasing voter access to the ballot, body size discrimination, and codifying state-wide immunization.
